RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken slices:

Cut the chicken breast and beat with a hammer. Mix eggs with salt, pepper, dill. Add enough flour to make it look like a thicker cream! Put the chicken pieces through the prepared composition and fry in hot oil until they get a golden color!

You are perfectly right ! Food made by someone else is much better. I usually get tired of cooking and in the end I don't need it anymore.
Besides the crust of greens, I think that the breadcrumbs with greens also belong to you, so Radu didn't have much work for this recipe, so he doesn't have to complain. Female solidarity!

if it were up to me I would only eat at restaurants, I like to be served only because they are so limited in terms of dishes offered that I would get bored quickly. almost all offer the same menu, you rarely find something interesting at affordable prices.
anyway, I don't dare leave Radu too alone in the kitchen. the Chinese and the snits manage. more recently he makes the pot of vegetables with rice. otherwise. some time ago he wanted to prepare dinner for me, and so pleasant smell came from the kitchen, but when to taste. it was horrible, I couldn't even eat for his sake

I'm also a fan of snacks, but I kind of refrain because I can't stand fries. When I do, quite rarely, the part with the breadcrumbs, I do it like this: I put the breadcrumbs in an ice cream box, made of plastic, I put the breadcrumbs given through the egg and then I shake the box lightly to cover on both sides from the start, without having to roll it on the plate, and there isn't as much mess around the box as I used to on the plate.

I also add milk to the eggs, and it also goes in breadcrumbs, a mixture of snitzel bread from the supermarket, paprika (sweet or hot), white pepper and dill.

I make them with grated corn (take a turn at the grinder) instead of flour or breadcrumbs, they are from braila and I ate this for the first time at a restaurant in Galati. cut the meat like fingers, then malai ou malai ou.

sounds great. you can also put a few slices of tomatoes in the sandwich. to consume it quickly, because mayonnaise deteriorates quickly in these heats.

Hi,
I'll tell you my method of chicken schnitzel (I often do it, tonight I already have an order to cook it)
Cut the thinner pieces of chicken breast, do not beat them, maybe lightly notched with a knife I put them in a bowl and add salt, pepper, chillie flakes (optional), sometimes I put curry powder (optional), after which a teaspoon of mustard
mix well with all the ingredients, and sprinkle a little flour on top so as to "dust" each piece of meat - leave for 20 minutes in the refrigerator-

They came out great. I took 750g of chicken breast from Auchan deboned, sliced, salted, peppered, mixed with egg + flour and finally with breadcrumbs. I left them 3 minutes on one side and 3 on the other and that was it. Very strong, thanks to the 3 eggs I laid. I recommend to everyone !! If they came out to me then I can go out to anyone. I have been cooking for 6 months))
Tip: Don't be fooled if they start to turn black. this does not mean that the chest has burned but only the mixture of egg + breadcrumbs on the surface. 3 minutes on each side over medium to high heat is enough. Good appetite

Chicken slices, baked slices or fried

Chicken slices, baked or fried schnitzels, Parisian chicken breast schnitzel recipe. How to make chicken breast schnitzels, how to make a fluffy, soft, fragile schnitzel?

Pancakes

Try to prepare the schnitzels according to this recipe. They are soft, very juicy and tender, even if they are made of chicken breast. Beaten egg whites wrap the meat with a fluffy layer - the result is delicious!

INGREDIENT:

Method of preparation:

  • 200 gr breadcrumbs +50 gr parmesan

Method of preparation


Chicken Snails - Recipes

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

4 pcs. chicken breast, boneless and skinless
250 g flour
4 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons ground black pepper
3 tablespoons grated ginger
1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
2 teaspoons ground thyme
2 teaspoons ground sage
2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 eggs
8 tablespoons water
vegetable oil for frying

For honey and garlic sauce:
2 tablespoons olive oil
3-4 cloves of crushed garlic
350 g honey
60 ml soy sauce with low sodium content
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Cut the chicken breast into several fillets and beat them with a hammer. Sift flour, mix with salt, ground black pepper, ginger, nutmeg, thyme, sage, paprika and cayenne pepper.
Remember: this mixture of flour and spices is enough for two batches of chicken for this recipe, so you can keep the rest in the fridge in a resealable bag.
Beat eggs and mix with water until smooth. Season the fillets with salt and pepper and pass the meat through flour mixed with spices. Pass the snails through the beaten eggs and pass them again through the mixture of flour and spices.

Heat a sufficient amount of vegetable oil in a pan. When the oil is ready, fry the snails, but be careful not to brown too quickly. Reduce the flame to medium-low heat and brown the snails for 4 or 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the snails on a plate prepared with absorbent paper, to remove the excess oil, and leave them for a few minutes, before passing them through the honey and garlic sauce. If you want, serve them with a garnish of rice or noodles.
For the honey and garlic sauce, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the chopped garlic in a pan. Saute over medium heat until the garlic is soft, but do not let it brown or burn too much.
Add honey, soy sauce and ground black pepper. Keep on the stove over low heat for 5-10 minutes, take the sauce off the heat and let it cool for a few minutes. It is important to keep an eye on the sauce while it is simmering, as it can come out very quickly. Serve hot these chicken slices with honey and garlic sauce!
