Cucumber salad is a very good garnish for steaks. I really like the combination of cucumber and garlic flavors, in addition it is very easy to make.
- 4 cucumbers,
- 10 cloves of garlic,
- salt,
- oil,
- vinegar,
- dill

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Cucumber salad:
I cut the cucumbers into thin slices and put them in a bowl. I chopped the garlic and mixed it with oil, vinegar and salt. I added chopped dill and 2-3 tablespoons of water. I then added it over the cucumbers.
I served the salad with the chicken steak and definitely a glass of cold white wine!
