Chinese egg soup - Egg drop soup
No more soups! I don't make it so often, I'm tired of cutting everything into cubes, on a grater or on a robot, I don't like it.
But now we, Romanians, eat more internationally and why not add some soups to our menu. That's what I think is the lightest soup I've ever made. Even though it is Chinese, it does not require any exotic ingredients.
For those with stomach aches, add freshly squeezed lemon juice and omit green onions.
