Spaghetti with flavored shrimp
Roast the kapia pepper quickly over the flame of the stove, then peel or simply use frozen baked kapia pepper.
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. 5 minutes together with the baked pepper, cleaned and chopped.
Add the shrimp, season with salt, add the wine and cook for approx. 10 minutes on high heat, uncovered.
At the end, add the finely chopped garlic, parsley and freshly chopped basil, leaving to cook for another 3 minutes.
The spaghetti is prepared according to the instructions on the package.
Boil in boiling salted water for approx. 8 minutes.
Strain the spaghetti and mix with the flavored shrimp.
