Pumpkin check


If you are tired of the classic pumpkin pie, you can use the pumpkin in the composition of a delicious and fluffy cake.

  • 400 gr sugar
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 150 ml oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 400 gr pumpkin (boiled and drained of excess liquid)
  • 400 gr flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • vanilla
  • powdered sugar
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Pumpkin cake:

1. Preheat the oven (moderate temperature). Mix eggs with sugar and oil until you get a fluffy cream. Add the pumpkin, then the milk and mix well.

2. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, salt and mix continuously until you get a smooth dough.

3. Put the composition in two cake shapes measuring 25x12x8 cm.

4. Bake at moderate temperature for one hour. Remove the molds from the oven and let them cool for about 15 minutes. Remove the cakes from the molds and let them cool well. Powdered with powdered sugar.
